A magnificent kitchen staff that has already been recognised professionally
Our kitchen staff, although young, have already received their first award: They were chosen by clients of Barceló (the hotel and restaurant formed part of the Barceló chain until October, 2008) in the 2007 Urban Restaurant category. More importantly this award is chosen by clients through independent surveys which the chain carries out periodically in all their hotels.
In 2009 our head patissier, Aurora, has been second clasiffied whit her “Lemon Mousse” in the trade fair “Murcia Gourmet 2009”
Adult desserts
The head patissier has prepared an exclusive selection of desserts specially created for adults including a specific section of chocolate desserts, without forgetting, of course, the classic desserts that both adults and children alike enjoy.
A constantly evolving menu
The kitchen staff enjoy creating new dishes for the continual renovation of the menu, which takes place every three months. The tasting and selection day for the new dishes to be incorporated in the next season’s menu is a taste sensation for the staff at Vitruvio. Come and try our new "Menu Bistronomico".
