Is the hotel far from the airport?

No, only 10 minutes away from the San Javier Airport and less than an hour away from the Alicante Airport. Taxis are available at each airport.

Is there a train station nearby?

There is a train station in Torre Pacheco, which connects with the centre and eastern coast of Spain. Timetables can be found at: www.renfe.es.

Is the hotel far away from IFEPA?

Not at all, 5 minutes away.

Spa: Are children allowed?

Children  3 to 12 years: accompanied by adults and prior written permission (from 10h to 11h or from 17h to 18h). They will be only allowed to the spa circuit pool.

Children  13 to 16 years:: accompanied by adults and prior written permission.

I have to carry out business in Cartagena, how far away is the hotel? Would it be convenient to stay in the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco?

The distance between the hotel and Cartagena is roughly 15 minutes by road or motorway. Although Cartagena offers a wide range of hotels, if you have a car and have to move around not only Cartagena but the whole area, (La Palma, Pozo Estrecho, El Algar, La Union, Industrial Parks, etc.), the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco is a very good option. 

How far away is Murcia, La Manga, or Cabo de Palos and how do you get there?

Murcia is 38 km away by motorway and takes less than 30 minutes.  La Manga and Cabo de Palos are 20 minutes away by motorway. 

If you are on holiday or wish to do some sightseeing, you can visit all these areas and more by staying at the hotel, which provides access to the motorway and distances of 15 to 30 minutes maximum. 

I have to carry out business in Fuente Alamo, how far away is the hotel? Would it be convenient to stay in the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco?

Thanks to the new Alhama de Murcia motorway it only takes 20 minutes from the hotel to Fuente Alamo. Fuente Alamo does not have any hotels on offer and the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco is the nearest. One could stay in either Cartagena or Murcia, although both options are further away, plus the added time of entering and leaving the city during rush hour. If you have a car staying at the Hotel Spa Torre Pacheco would be the better option.

I like to play golf, are there golf courses in the area?

For golf enthusiasts there is a 18 hole golf course just in front of the hotel, and up to 5 courses within 5 km, four of which we can organise special offers with. 

Where can I eat?

In the hotel you have the Restaurante Vitruvio, with an a la carte menu and frequented not only by hotel guests but the local public. You will not be disappointed by the highly skilled and creative kitchen staff.

Hotel restaurants are famous for being overpriced and poor quality - is the Restaurante Vitruvio an exception?

Seeing as the restaurant is aimed not only at guests but also the public, the prices and quality are comparable to those of other nearby restaurants such as “La Athabasca”, “El Retiro”, “Los Ramones” or “ Cuatro Caminos”, all of which come highly recommended.
